Your privacy

Privacy Policy

This policy describes how the Go4D.my website uses technology and may process information when you visit. Last updated: 18 October 2026.

Information collected during site use

Go4D currently offers public result and search pages without requiring a visitor account. When you access the site, hosting and analytics services may process information such as IP address, browser and device details, page URLs, usage events, approximate location, referral information and timestamps. Search terms included in page URLs may be present in server or analytics records.

Contact form submissions

When you submit the contact form, we process the name, email address, enquiry category and message you provide. We use this information to read, respond to and resolve your enquiry, including suspected result errors. Submissions are transmitted to the Go4D contact mailbox through Resend when configured, otherwise sent by a standard browser form to FormSubmit, a third-party form-to-email service. FormSubmit's anti-spam flow may display Google reCAPTCHA and collect browser/network verification signals under those providers' privacy terms. For server-delivered messages, Go4D uses a keyed hash of the requesting IP address for shared submission limits; the quota database does not retain raw IPs. FormSubmit requires the recipient to confirm their email address before forwarding begins and may retain pending submissions for up to 30 days. Providers and the recipient mailbox may retain message content under their own policies. Avoid sending sensitive identification, banking or ticket details.

Google Analytics

Go4D integrates Google Analytics using measurement ID G-Z4LLBVN80F to understand site traffic, performance and which pages are useful. Google Analytics may use cookies or similar identifiers. How Google processes information is described in Google's published partner-site data information. Browser cookie settings and available Google privacy controls can limit certain tracking.

Hosting and service providers

The website uses Vercel for hosting and Supabase for its data services. These providers may process technical access records and infrastructure data to deliver, secure and operate the website. Processing locations and retention depend on service configurations and provider terms; we do not publish a universal deletion period that has not been confirmed.

Advertising and cookies

If advertising from Google or other ad partners is enabled, those third parties may place and read cookies, use web beacons, IP addresses or other identifiers, and serve personalized or non-personalized ads subject to applicable settings and consent requirements. Google explains how AdSense uses cookies in its published documentation. You can review Google advertising preferences and browser cookie controls. This disclosure does not mean advertising is active on every page or that consent requirements have already been implemented.

Why this information is used

Technical and usage information is used to operate and secure the service, investigate problems, measure performance and improve page usability. The site does not require visitors to submit payment details or purchase tickets.

Third-party services and your choices

Official operators and other publishers run independent services with their own privacy terms. You can manage cookies through browser settings or applicable third-party controls. If you need to make a privacy enquiry, see Contact Us; the public contact channel will be displayed when configured.

Policy changes

We may revise this notice as services or legal requirements change. Material changes should be reflected on this page with an updated date. Any new advertising deployment should be assessed for appropriate consent and disclosure controls before launch.
