Ordinary outlets
Ordinary Magnum outlets: prizes up to RM49,999. Selected Pahang and Sarawak outlets may handle up to RM100,000.
Regional / sales offices
Magnum regional offices: RM50,000 and above; the operator states there is no prize-amount limit for 4D Classic tickets at these offices.
Major jackpot / bonus claims
Magnum Jackpot 1 and Magnum Life grand prizes: head office; make an appointment.

Sports Toto outlets: up to RM30,000, subject to available funds.
Regional / sales offices
Sales offices: up to RM200,000. Amounts over RM200,000 through RM500,000 can be processed at a sales office, with a stated minimum three-working-day processing time.

Can I claim a Magnum prize at a Toto outlet?
No. A prize must be validated and claimed under the issuing operator's procedures.
Can I use a photo of my ticket instead?
No. Bring the original valid ticket and required identity documents. An online result page cannot replace a valid ticket.
Is the deadline always six months?
No. Magnum publishes six months less one day, Sports Toto six months, and Da Ma Cai three months. Confirm your exact ticket and draw deadline with the operator.
What if my prize is unusually large?
Contact the issuing operator before visiting. A regional office, headquarters or appointment may be required; jackpot and bonus claim arrangements can differ.
