How we work
Editorial Standards & Corrections
How to interpret Go4D results, historical statistics and number meanings—and what to do if you find an error.
Go4D is an independent information website, not a lottery operator or prize-validation service. We distinguish confirmed results from provisional reports, retain the source identity of cultural references, and show what our stored historical data can—and cannot—establish.
1. How we verify draw results
Where completed official operator results are accessible, they are preferred. When they are not, qualified dated publisher records may be compared before a result is accepted. Agreement between websites does not necessarily mean those websites collected their data independently.
For classic 4D, a complete board must retain its draw identity, date and prize positions: first, second, third, Special or Starter, and Consolation. Leading zeros matter, and a number appearing in more than one prize position must not be silently discarded.
Live or incomplete reports are identified separately as provisional. A provisional result is not treated as verified merely because all visible number positions are filled. Only verified records contribute to historical counts and frequency statistics. Conflicting or malformed boards must be investigated rather than replaced with guessed numbers.
2. What historical coverage really means
A date shown in Go4D is a recorded result, not a certification that every operator's draw for that date is available. The earliest and latest stored dates are not evidence that all intervening draws have been recovered. Archive coverage differs by operator, game and period; historic imports can add verified records later.
Where possible, number pages display the count and date range of verified operator draws used as the denominator for statistics. A zero count means no matching result in the available verified dataset, not proof that the number never appeared in an unrecorded draw.
3. What our original calculations show
Number-history pages count exact four-digit prize positions and distinct operator draws separately. One draw can contain the same number in more than one prize position. Permutations are analysed separately so an arrangement of the digits is not mistaken for an exact win.
On dated results pages, cross-operator matches compare only verified four-digit boards on that date. Each operator is counted once per number, even when it has multiple sessions or the number appears in several prize positions. These comparisons are descriptive observations; they do not improve the chance of any future result.
Explore historical statistics or inspect verified draw dates.
4. Cultural number meanings and translations
Dream and number-dictionary associations are cultural references, not predictions or statements of real-world fact. Different publishers may associate different meanings with the same number. A reference attributed to an operator is that source's wording, not a claim that Go4D authored or independently endorsed the association.
Dictionary material is stored with source and language information. Historical statistics are independently calculated from verified prize records and must not be inferred from dictionary wording. Large imported language collections are subject to ongoing editorial review; the presence of an entry does not imply its translation has been checked word by word.
5. How to report an error
Use the Go4D contact form to report an incorrect number, operator, prize position, draw date, translation or source reference. Include the page URL, the affected four-digit number or draw date, and the correction you believe is needed. A publicly accessible source reference is helpful, but do not submit ticket photographs, identity documents, payment details or passwords.
Corrections should be checked against the original evidence and affected records before publication. Conflicting historical reports should remain unresolved until the evidence supports a change. We do not promise a fixed turnaround or fabricate an editorial review date for records that have not actually been checked.
